For the most part it's self explanatory, so I'll over explain. These guys:

Take you back or forward one photo.  This one:

Starts the slideshow, and once you've started it, click the button again to stop it.  This one:

Allows you to grab the photo and move it around the screen.  I don't know why you'd want to do that, but you can.  This one:

Pops the image that you're looking at (and only that one image) out to its true size. Lastly, this one:

Closes the image (duh).  You can also close the image by clicking on it again.
